Prescriptive Incentives provide predetermined incentives to DTE Energy’s business customers for the installation of energy efficient-equipment. Incentives are available for an array of energy-saving technologies, for both electric and natural gas.

Examples:

• Install high performance lighting, replacing outdated and inefficient lighting
• Install LED exit signs, replacing standard exit signs
• Install lighting sensors in rest rooms, break rooms, storage areas and walk-in refrigerators
• Upgrade your production equipment to include variable frequency drives up to 50 hp
• Use infrared heaters in entrances and loading bays

If you have an energy-saving project that does not fall under the Prescriptive Incentive Program, you may qualify for our Custom Incentive Program.
