	Code of Ethics and Standards of Behavior for DTE Energy The DTE Energy Way applies to employees of all DTE Energy companies, and comprises our code of ethics and the standards that guide our business practices and our behavior toward each other, our customers, shareholders, the government, and other stakeholders.
	Reporting Ethical Concerns Learn how to confidentially report questionable ethical behaviors or illegal, unethical or questionable accounting, auditing or internal control matters regarding DTE Energy and any of its subsidiaries.
	Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation The DTE Energy Bylaws describe how the company will operate with regard to shareholders, the Board of Directors and Board Committees, Officers, stock, and other matters. The rules for amending the Bylaws are contained in Article VIII.

	Corporate Political Participation DTE Energy may use corporate funds for only legally permissible initiatives that support the goals and business objectives of the Company.  Additionally, the DTE Energy Political Action Committee facilitates the participation of employees in the political process.
