The Invasive Species Field Course will provide a unique combination of professional seminars at Northwestern Michigan College ’s Great Lakes Campus and hands-on field experience aboard ISEA’s 77-foot schooner Inland Seas. Participants will learn about initiatives to help reduce the introduction and spread of new invasive species, ways to incorporate concepts into classroom teaching, and experimental design for research projects.
