All customers with monthly energy use less than $30, and who pay their DTE Energy bill in full and on time are eligible. Customers enrolled in eBill Paperless Billing, AutoPay, BudgetWise Billing®, other payment plans, a payment agreement, Electric/Gas Choice or accounts with arrears are not eligible.
