The DTE Energy Multifamily Program is an energy efficiency initiative designed to help multifamily buildings reduce energy usage and costs.
Owners can receive rebates when they upgrade to qualifying, energy-efficient equipment, such as HVAC, lighting and water heating, at their property.

The DTE Energy Multifamily Program is for multifamily property managers and owners. Multifamily properties typically participating in the program include apartments, cooperative housing, condominiums, senior living facilities and dormitories.

After your assessment, a team member will determine your eligibility and assist with your next steps in program participation. These steps may include scheduling your direct install appointment, contacting a contractor or submitting an incentive application.
