Payment Agreement

It’s easy to get your account back on track and pay down your past-due balance by signing up for a Payment Agreement.

A Payment Agreement allows you to pay off your past-due balance over a period of time without any late fees. It requires an initial down payment, with the remaining balance paid in monthly installments. This payment is in addition to your current energy charges and any other program fees. Keep in mind, if you reduce your monthly energy usage, your current charges will decrease. Learn how you can start saving today!

Eligibility

Payment Agreements are available for all commercial and residential customers who need additional time to pay their past-due balance.

If you are eligible for a Payment Agreement, there will be a message in your online account. Log into your account here to see if you’re eligible and set up, cancel or modify a Payment Agreement. Commercial customers may need to call (800) 477-4747 to set up a Payment Agreement.
