If you want to make your home more energy efficient and have limited income, you may qualify for help through DTE's Energy Efficiency Assistance (EEA) program.
As a participant in the program you may be eligible to receive multiple energy efficient products to help reduce your monthly energy bill and make your home more comfortable, all at no cost to you. Here are steps to follow:

You are eligible for DTE’s EEA program if your household income is at or below 250% percent of the federal poverty guidelines. Your active enrollment in the Low Income Self Sufficiency Plan or other state low-income public assistance programs (SNAP, WIC, etc.) also qualifies you for the program.
