Rahal has also managed multiple divisions of county government, including Economic Development, Department of Public Services, Facilities Buildings and Real Estate, Land Bank, Community Development and Management and Budget.

He has over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial customer-facing positions, project management, and continuous improvement efforts.
