Payments

Choose a bank account through our secure payment process or enroll with a Visa®, Mastercard® or Discover® card. Credit and debit card payments include a card processing fee.

To update your payment method or unenroll at any time, sign in to “My Payment Programs” and select “Manage AutoPay”. You can still make one-time payments anytime. Read our online payment Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

Accounts with overdue bills of 90 days or more or two or more payments returned by a bank are ineligible for enrollment with a bank account.

If any of these issues occur after enrolled, AutoPay will be canceled. After 12 months, accounts in good standing can re-enroll in AutoPay.
